I love Pareto

I really didn’t want to call this book a Paleo book.
But I do need to make money and apparently branding helps.
Have I sold my soul to the devil?
Maybe not, if I can inspire some people to change their lives, become conscious and be healthy.

Don’t get me wrong. I believe in a no grain, no sugar, no dairy life, I just don’t like branding and I don’t like the word diet. There are indeed, a plethora of books out there, that will tell you why grains and sugar aren’t good. That eating them leads to disease and not consuming them, will increase your happiness, health and mental wellness. I think we all need to experience the effects. Don’t take anybody’s word for it. Try it out and see what happens. Do a 30 Day Challenge.

I have put some of my favourite and easiest recipes in here, but really, eating and living well, means a shift in consciousness.
It is a process. People will make fun of you, you will doubt yourself. My only advice is to lead by example and that most people who tease you are usually jealous, that they can’t find the tenacity to change.

I honestly don’t even think you need to stick to a strict Paleo diet. I think you just need to practice making the right decisions. And practice makes perfect. If you have been addicted to sugar and breads for the last 40 years, it is not going to take 30 days to fix it, but it’s a great start – the best start. Do you want to wait until you are sick? Have diabetes or thyroid
issues?
