Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Bananas - the thick and mealy kind if possible
  • 1 Free range organic egg

Directions

Step 1
Mix the ingredients together in a food processor or for the Thermomix - 5 seconds on level seven. The batter should be thick.
Step 2
Melt some Grass fed butter or coconut oil in a frying pan and add batter. Make small pancakes (pikelets). Take out when they are golden brown on each side. Eat with a shake of cinnamon. Or you can add, slithered almonds, maple syrup etc depending on your weight loss goals. I use greenish bananas with low sugar content for a guilt free breakfast 🙂
